Perinatal Personal Training
Feel supported and empowered throughout your perinatal journey. One-on-one training is a fantastic way to help prepare your body for birth and to stay active and healthy during your pregnancy. It also helps ensure you have a safe and effective postpartum recovery, so you can get back to being you!
As well as specializing in functional movement training, Courtney has completed multiple yoga certifications including a very focused, 85– hour pre-post natal yoga teacher training. Through this training, Courtney developed a solid understanding of safe and effective movement options for women during the different stages of pregnancy, as well as the most effective ways to help them physically recover after child birth. Courtney is delighted to be able to offer moms the support and guidance they deserve to safely prepare for and recover from having a baby.
Babies are always welcome at one-on-one sessions.
