ASP is currently located just 7 minutes off the Highway in Kanata South. This beautiful gym space is conveniently located just off Eagleson at Michael Cowpland Drive. The gym space is bright, open and functional and is designed specifically for functional strength training for one on one and small group training. The gym owner Sam and her staff are friendly and professional.
